Further Images from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Also included in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing different parts of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.

Further documentation released as part of the current congressional release.
